THE RESORTS

We're starting the trip off in​ Bangkok, with booked out twin ​rooms. This will be at New Siam ​Palace Ville.

Once we get to Khao Sok, we will be ​taking over an area of Laguna Raft ​House - an incredible floating ​bungalow resort.

When we stay in Samui, we will be based at the incredible ​Lub’D resort. This party destination is situated on the ​beach front and in the centre of Koh Samui.

Lub’D has the perfect outdoor social areas for us to ​host social nights, games and challenges.

SQUAD DAYS

What is a Squad Day? A Squad Day is a free day for you and ​whoever you have connected with so far, to head out and explore ​together, in your own mini squad.

We don’t believe in the old school rigid trips with no free time to ​head out on your own adventures. Any bucket-list spots you want ​to hit, or even just a day at the beach, squad days are your ​opportunities to do this!

TTS Hosts will be available to help you plan, organise and execute ​your day.

Arrivals in Bangkok

Transfers will be provided and ​available on day 1, until 10pm. However, ​bear in mind that activities will start ​much earlier than this. It would be ideal ​for you to arrive at the airport between ​2pm - 4pm. Please ensure you fill out ​the arrivals form, sent 60 days prior​ to the departure!

You will be picked up by a TTS representative. ​Be sure to look out for someone holding a sign ​with our logo.

Once you arrive at the hotel, check in and get ready for​ welcome drinks and meeting the Squad!

DAY 1

DAY 2

Today is your first full day of TTS Thailand ​Takeover! Breakfast is included today, so be ​sure to grab a bite to eat before we head out ​to see the city!

The tour will start around 10am and finish at 5pm. ​We will finish back at the accommodation.

The Tuk Tuk Convoy will be the first part of the ​tour, followed by visiting temples and other areas ​of Bangkok via river boats.

DAY 3

SquaD day

Today is the first Squad Day of the trip!! Breakfast is available downstairs (Check out is at midday however you can store luggage at the hotel whilst you're out and about)

Anything you're desperate to see in Bangkok?? Any ​bucket list sky bars?? Get Searching on IG/Pinterest ​for the best spots to check out!

Feeling Stuck?? Chat to our hosts. They will be able to provide a bunch of options on things to ​do here in Bangkok! Make sure to be back at the hotel, ready for the transfer down to Khao ​Sok Lake.You will be updated via the Squad chat with accurate times for the transfer!

Be sure to be back ready for the group dinner at 19:00

DAY 5

Good morning! We’re heading out on the ​boats for an adventure! It’s an early start ​today, so make sure to be up and ready to ​leave for the Wildlife Safari.

Possible ​sightings include​ monkeys, ​macaws, ​gibbons, ​elephants and in ​extremely rare ​circumstances ​sun bear!

After the ​journey, settle in ​for some ​breakfast, ​before we set ​off back to the ​mainland as we ​continue with ​our trip to Koh ​Samui!

You will all have passes for the speedboats across to the island ​and priority access for the return boats to Samui, so queueing ​can be a problem for everyone else, but not us!

DAY 6

Our first Squad Day at our TTS Base for ​the rest of the trip! We have an ​exclusive floor of Lub D booked out for ​our whole squad!

Our first squad day in Koh Samui. This is your opportunity to do your own ​thing. Grab a few new friends and go explore Koh Samui with ​opportunities such as quad biking, Jungle Club, Cocoon breakfast spot, ​elephant sanctuary, footgolf, Pig Island, a beach day or go search for some ​waterfalls, its completely up to you how you spend your day!

IT’S TIME TO EXPLORE ANG THONG MARINE PARK!!

Lunch will be provided today. Our hosts will update the plan for the day in the ​group chat!

Any updates will be announced in the Squad chat!

Today will consist of exploring the marine park by boat with opportunities to swim ​and snorkel at the islands.

Followed will be a boat transfer to Koh Mae Koh where you will be able to kayak or ​hike to a viewpoint. It's yours to decide.

We aim to have you back in Samui for around 17:00pm local time ​where in the evening the hosts will be leading a squad night out!

DAY 10

THE LAST DAY we’re going out with a Bang!

The last day! The morning is completely left open ​for the Squad to choose how they spend it.

There is an off the beaten track floating bar ​out in the Samui waters that not many people ​know about! We’re taking it over with DJs ​onboard.

Make the most of the party with your new found Squad. Remember the theme for the boat party is "White Party"! So be sure to dress up in white.

Payment plans will vary depending on which trip date ​you book as you can see below May has an extra ​month to spread the cost.

When you click the booking link on release day (September 25th), it will ​open up our TTS Thailand landing page. From here, you just enter these ​details only;

You then make your deposit payment of £99 or pay the full price.

Once your payment goes through and you receive a confirmation email, ​you have booked your main ticket for the trip, the panic is over, YOU’VE ​GOT YOUR SPOT!!!

In the confirmation email you will receive an invite to a confirmed group ​chat for the trip.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I BOOK?

Once you have booked, you will receive a confirmation email from ​confirmation@thetravelsquad.com. In this email there will be a link to ​the confirmed chat. Please use this chat to connect, swap socials and ​build online relationships with others before heading out. We will also ​have a ‘Get to know everyone’ Spreadsheet you can fill out to further ​help you all connect!

This group chat is also where important information will be posted and ​pinned!

Closer to the trip date we will be sending out personality ​questionnaires (For room allocations, See the FAQ on next page for ​more information on these)

FAQ’S

Are flights included in your trips?

International flights to/from the destination your trip starts and ends in are not ​included in the cost of the trip, and must be purchased separately. We have ​members flying from all over the world, making it very hard to include flights. ​We also want to keep our trips open-ended for those people that want to carry ​on their travels and aren't ready to head home :)

What is the average age range?

The average age range of our community is 18-35 but the majority is 24-35. That ​being said, we do have some members that join us that fall outside those given ​parameters. Please note our minimum age requirement is 18. That being said, age ​is only a number and we've had lots of people outside of that age bracket join our ​trips and love them! As long as you're 18 or over, you can join the adventure!

What if I need to cancel? Can I get money back?

Can I book with a friend?

Tickets are limited to 1 person per booking. TTS was started for helping solo ​people without friends to book and meet new friends so our ticket system isn't ​designed for groups. This may be a feature added in the future. For now, make ​sure your friend is ready to book a ticket at the same time.

I'm travelling on my own, is this trip suitable for me?​

All TTS experiences are tailored for you to come away with your own squad! If you​ come away from these trips with a new friend to plan more adventures with, ​then we've done our job!!! Once you are confirmed onto the trip you will be added ​to a group chat to connect, swap socials and build relationships online with pe​ople before heading out. Remember everyone here is a stranger at some stage of t​heir TTS journ​ey.

Travel insurance?

Yes! We highly recommend that you take out comprehensive insurance cover for ​cancellation, personal injury, death, medical expenses, repatriation expenses, ​evacuation expenses, personal liability & loss of personal property and Covid ​related expenses before you travel with us. We also highly recommend to make ​sure that your travel insurance specifically covers for skiiing and snowboarding a​s not all insurers will cover for this. When you book with us, in the c​onfirmation ​email we will send you a travel insurance provider we recommend.

How do I make changes to my booking?

For now, until our platform is more advanced, please email the ​thailand@thetravelsquad.com. The admin will assist you in making these changes.

How do room allocations work?

About 1 month before the trip commences, we will send out a questionnaire both by ​email and in the confirmed squad (group chat). This will be your opportunity to let ​us know a little bit about yourself, so that we can help match you up with like ​minded people.

You can request to stay with someone in particular. You can use the WhatsApp ​chats to swap socials, connect and build online relationships with others booked on ​to help you choose who to share with. We will always allocate girls to be in rooms ​with girls and boys to be in rooms with boys unless you specifically request to be ​with someone in particular as a couple. This may mean you still end up in a mixed ​gender apartment.

When you fill out the questionnaire and we allocate you, we will connect you with ​your room buddy via email beforehand to connect and build online relationships ​beforehand.

We will do our best to cater for everyone’s requests but cannot guarantee ​everything.

What if I change my card?

If you need to change your card details after booking, please email thailand@thetravelsquad.com and we ​will arrange a call with you to change your details.

What if a payment bounces?

If a payment bounces please email in thailand@thetravelsquad.com and we will try to work out the ​problem with you
